2. Digital Nature of Products

All products sold on NISMExams.com are digital in nature (Mock Tests, PDF Notes, Video Lessons). Since these are non-tangible, irrevocable goods, we do not issue refunds once the order is confirmed and the product is sent or access is granted.

3. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are only considered under exceptional circumstances, such as duplicate payments for the same course or technical failures on our end that prevent access to the content for more than 48 hours.

4. Technical Issues

If you experience technical difficulties, please contact support@nismexams.com immediately. We will work to resolve the issue. If the issue is on our server-side and cannot be resolved, a partial or full refund may be issued at our discretion.

5. Duplicate Purchases

In case of accidental duplicate payment for the same product, the duplicate amount will be refunded after deducting the payment gateway processing fees (typically 2-3%).

6. Cancellation Policy

Orders for digital products cannot be cancelled once the payment is successful and the product is added to your dashboard. Please ensure you have selected the correct exam module before paying.

7. Refund Request Process
