These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who wish to access or use the Service. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you do not have permission to access the Platform.

If you are under 18, you may only use the Platform under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to be bound by these Terms. You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the Service and for any activities or actions under your password.

The Platform and its original content (excluding Content provided by users), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of NISMExams.com and its licensors. Our intellectual property may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of the Company. This includes all mock tests, study materials, and proprietary algorithms.

You agree not to use the Platform for any purpose that is prohibited by these Terms. You are responsible for all of your activity in connection with the Service. Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to: (i) unauthorized data scraping; (ii) sharing account credentials; (iii) attempting to bypass security measures; and (iv) using the Platform for commercial redistribution of materials.

Certain aspects of the Service may be provided for a fee. If you elect to use paid features, you agree to the pricing and payment terms as we may update them from time to time. We use third-party payment processors to bill you through a payment account linked to your account on the Service. The processing of payments will be subject to the terms, conditions, and privacy policies of the Payment Processor.

The Platform is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. The Company makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, as to the operation of their services, or the information, content, or materials included therein. You expressly agree that your use of these services is at your sole risk. We do not guarantee success in any NISM certification exam.

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
